While this form of investing bears higher risks than other, we can provide investments in Private Equity according to our client-partners risk profile. This can be broken out in several categories, tied to the stage of the financed enterprise's development:
SEED CAPITAL
Investments in projects, that are in planning and / or research and development stages.
VENTURE CAPITAL
Investment to start-up enterprises and post-start-ups after the company has already completed its product development and needs capital to start production and marketing.
GROWTH CAPITAL
A minority stake investment, with the goal of organic or external growth of the business.
BUYOUT CAPITAL
A majority stake investment in a mature company by using LBOs.
TOURNAROUND CAPITAL
An investment to enable the company to a return to profitability.
